1. You must agree to the following terms and conditions before your property can be advertised on the Apartrent, Apartments Spain or Apartments-Torrevieja websites.  No  advertisement will be accepted without this agreement.

2. You (the advertiser) are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied about your holiday rental accommodation. We expect that any information you submit is truthful and accurately represents the true nature of the property and its amenities.  Any dispute arising from inaccurate or misleading  information must be resolved by you. Apartrent  reserve the right, if necessary, to correct any grammar or spelling  mistakes and to edit any text which exceeds our permitted word count.

3. Any changes to description or contact details must be  submitted by email as soon as possible. If we are not notified, we cannot  be held responsible for out of date information.

4. We are currently  offering free advertising for rental property on the Apartrent and Apartments-Torrevieja websites.  These advertisements may contain external banner or google adsense ads which we try to keep as unobtrusive as possible. To display your advertisement without any external ads appearing, we charge a fee of £10 a year.  We will do our utmost to keep our property advertising free of charge but reserve the right to change this policy should circumstances alter.  There would of course be no obligation to continue advertising with us.

5. Apartrent and Apartments -Torrevieja will have no involvement or accept any responsibility for  negotiations between rental customers  and advertisers. Any disputes arising between the advertiser and the rental customer must be dealt with between themselves.  We would advise advertisers to give written confirmation to the rental customer confirming details of the proposed rental contract.  Apartrent  will not act as arbitrator in any dispute which may arise between the advertiser and the rental customer.

6. Apartrent advise potential advertisers to take out full insurance cover for public liability, property damage, cancellations etc.

7. Apartrent reserve the right to make a small charge if changes to copy are made on a regular basis.  We reserve the right to check all copy and to refuse any copy which we feel to be misleading, inaccurate or inappropriate. 

8. Contacting Apartrent . For reasons of speed and efficiency, we give email communication priority. We will only accept advertisements from owners of a valid email address.

9. Advertisements will only receive a live link  after the advertiser has checked that the contents are correct and is happy for the advertisement to be displayed.

10. We reserve the right to refuse any advertising copy and to remove advertisements we feel have been misleading.

11. You agree to the inclusion of external advertising (banner and text ads) on your advertisement unless a fee has been paid to have these ads removed.
