1. You must agree to the following terms and conditions before your property can be advertised on the Apartrent website.  No  advertisement will be accepted without this agreement.

2. You (the advertiser) are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied about your holiday rental accommodation. We expect that any information you supply is truthful and accurately represents the true nature of the property and its amenities.  Any dispute arising from inaccurate or misleading  information must be resolved by you (the advertiser). Apartrent reserve the right, to correct any grammar or spelling  mistakes and to edit any text which exceeds our permitted word count or which we feel is misleading or offensive.

3. Any changes to description, prices or contact details must be  submitted by email as soon as possible. If we are not notified, we cannot  be held responsible for out of date information.

4. Our current charge for a full page advertisement on the Apartrent website is a one time payment of £30.00 for advertisements which include Google adwords and possibly other external advertisements.  Alternatively you can choose the "no advertisements" option for an extra one off fee of £5 . We reserve the right to make future price changes. Any price changes we may make in the future will not affect current advertisers.  There is no annual renewal fee.

5. Apartrent will have no involvement or accept any responsibility for  negotiations between rental customers  and advertisers. Any disputes arising between the advertiser and the rental customer must be resolved between themselves.  We would advise advertisers to give written confirmation to the rental customer confirming details of the proposed rental contract.  Apartrent  will not act as arbitrator in any dispute which may arise between the advertiser and the rental customer.

6. Apartrent advise potential advertisers to take out full insurance cover for public liability, property damage, cancellations etc.

7. Apartrent reserve the right to make a small charge if changes to copy are made on a regular basis.  We reserve the right to check all ad text and to refuse any copy which we feel to be misleading, inaccurate or inappropriate. 

8. Contacting Apartrent . For reasons of speed and efficiency, we give email communication priority. We will only accept advertisements from owners of a valid email address.

9. Advertisements will only receive a live link  after the advertiser has paid for and checked that the contents of the advertisement is correct.  We will not provide a live link to the advertisement until the advertiser has confirmed by email that the contents are correct and that the advertisement meets with the their approval.

10. We reserve the right to remove any advertisements we feel have been misleading.

11. You agree to the inclusion of external advertising (banner and text ads) on your advertisement unless the appropriate fee has been paid to have these ads removed. 

12. If you choose the option to have other advertiser's advertisements included and decide at a later date to request removal of these advertisements, Apartrent will charge a one off fee of £10.00
