season. It's all down to supply and demand. The airlines know how much their rivals are charging for the same flights and it isn't often when they are all charging £150 one way that you will find one that is only charging £50 but it does happen. If you want to find a cheap flight, it is extremely
important to book early. To prove this, just check some flights and the prices as the departure date nears. The earlier the better.

TORREVIEJA FLIGHTS

For most of the Torrevieja area Murcia would be the airport of choice and there are at least five budget airlines offering cheap flights to Murcia. With the arrival of the low cost airlines to Murcia, Torrevieja has now become very accessible. Murcia is about twenty minutes from
all the major areas of Torrevieja. For the more northerly resorts, including Benidorm, Alicante would be the preferred airport and for areas north of Denia, including the costa Azahar a good alternative are the new budget flights to Valencia. |
FLIGHTS TO THE COSTA AZAHAR
| The Costa Azahar is in the north of the Valencian community in the Castellon region. Up until recently, this region was frequented mainly by Spanish holidaymakers but the arrival of the budget airlines from the UK to Valencia airport has helped to give the regions
tourism a boost. Most areas of the Costa Azahar are only an hour or so from Valencia, making it a possible alternative to the busier Costa Blanca further south. |
