The information supplied by the advertiser to us, is reproduced on our website on the understanding that the  contents contain an accurate and truthful description of the property offered.

 Apartrent  will not accept liability or responsibility for  misunderstandings or disputes arising as a result of inaccurate information provided by  the advertisers.

Apartrent  have no contact with potential renters. All bookings and enquiries are directed to the property contact (the property owner or agent).

Although we make every effort to ensure that the detail supplied by our advertisers is as up to date as possible, we can only provide whatever  information is supplied to us. It is up to the advertiser to keep us informed of any changes to property detail, tariffs etc.  Failure by the advertiser to keep information updated could lead to inaccurate details being displayed on the advertisement.  Always check with the advertiser that the details displayed on their advertisement are correct at the time of the enquiry.

Apartrent  will not become involved in any aspect of  negotiations between potential rental customers and advertisers.

We would strongly recommend confirmation in writing of any proposed rental agreement, prior to  booking, to  avoid misunderstandings and  disappointment.

Our advertising rates could change without prior notification. (Advertisements already booked, would obviously not be affected by any price changes)
