Formerly the
Roman town of Turrisa, Tossa de Mar is a charming and pretty resort
on the Costa Brava. The town has a maze of narrow cobbled
streets and an ancient castle. Tossa is extremely popular,
with many visitors returning year after year. The resort is
quiet, not to be confused with its lively neighbour Lloret. The
coastline has sandy beaches and beautiful secluded coves.
