SPANISH WINE
A book entitled, "the wine of Cantabria" would be a very slim volume indeed. Cantabria is not noted for its wine production, there are no DOC wines produced in the region and the only wine producing area is Liébana  which has its own sub climate, making grape production possible.  This region produces a sweet wine called tostadillo and a spirit known orujo.
