Valldemossa is a beautiful old town,
situated in the mountains of Majorca. The surrounding
mountainous countryside is breathtaking. Years before
the advent of tourism, Valldemossa was made famous by the
composer Chopin who stayed there with his lover the American
George Sand (a woman) and became the subject of much
gossip in the coffee bars of Europe. The town, was isolated
