Cala Major is
only 5kms west of Palma, the first resort on the coast road out.
This is the location of the Palacio Marivent the residence of
the Spanish Royal family when they holiday on the island. It has
a good sandy beach and its location close to Palma make it a
popular weekend destination for sun seekers from the capital.

Getting to
