The Pyrenees are home to Spain's main ski resorts. There are seven  resorts in the Aragon Pyrenees including Penticosa, Formigal and Astun.  Apart from skiing the main slopes, there are companies specialising in cross country skiing.  Cross country skiing in the Alto Aragon area can be one of the most exhilarating of sports.  Richard Cash and Nicola Forsyth run Alto Aragon Ltd a company specialising in cross country skiing holidays as well as walking and trekking tours.
