WALKING HOLIDAYS IN SPAIN

Walking holidays in Spain are becoming increasingly popular.  The Andalucian countryside offers some beautiful scenery for the walker.  Walk through shaded woodland paths and marvel at the wildflowers, picinic by mountain streams and  see the famous white villages. On foot holidays specialise in walking holidays and Andalucia is one of the destinations on offer.  The route chosen by On foot holidays is in the area of Ronda, taking in Zahara de la Sierra, Grazalema and Montejaque.  Expect to see plenty wildlife including some rare birds. The walks are of medium difficulty with some hilly parts.  The walking is between 4.5 to 6hrs a day with rest periods however there are shorter options.
