Mijas  is one of the most popular up market holiday destinations on the Costa del Sol,  with hundreds of hotels and apartments to choose from.  Many online booking agencies offer the same hotel but the prices vary from one agency to another. The Gran Costa del Sol hotel  came in with prices  from  47 to 86 euros a night, that's the same hotel, the same accommodation and the same dates, quoted by three different booking agents. For anybody wanting to book, that would be almost 40 euros a night saving, enough for a good meal every day.

Here's another, the 3 star Crown Resorts hotel ranged from 57 to 90 euros a night a saving of 33 euros a night. The list goes on, the 4 star Calanova Golf hotel was quoted by  hotels.com at 80 euros and by booking.com at 99 euros, nineteen euros a night difference. Multiply that by 14 nights and you could have saved 190 euros on a fortnights holiday.   these are just random examples to give you an idea of how much can be saved.  Almost every hotel I checked had savings.  The dates I used for the prices above were May 2nd until May 16th 2009.
