There are also a small number of shops and services within the development - it has its own supermarket and cosmopolitan cafe. The gardens are well manicured and cover a large area - a beautiful array of green plants and colourful mediterranean and tropical flowers and trees. There is a huge lagoon like communal pool situated in the centre - with an abundance of sun loungers. There is also a second pool located at the far side of the complex this is a smaller pool but is also surrounded by lush tropical beauty.

The Location is ideal.  Located just 15 minutes drive, south west of Palma, the smart cultured capital of Mallorca, this house is ideally positioned to experience and enjoy everything that the area has to offer. Santa Ponsa is in the centre of the South West tip of the island, and as such, is the perfect place from which to go exploring. This Apartment is wonderfully located in the centre of the south west of Mallorca - this means that it is an ideal from which to go exploring the island. Nothing is very far away!! We can offer any services and assistance you may require before you get here - our agents can organise everything from car hire and babysitting to excursions, family fun parks and special evenings out - as well as advising on all the highlights of the island worth visiting. If sport is your thing then a variety of watersports are on offer and can also be pre-arranged as can Tennis and Horseriding. Just ask and we will do our best to help. They are on call for you 24hrs a day.Locally - Spar supermarket, bakery, cake shop, marina, 5 star hotel, beach, 6 or so fine dining restaurants, children´s park with table tennis and volleyball. Special children´s fun house - where children can play while parents sit and have coffee or something stronger ! Video shop, 2 banks. All within walking distance. Also the area is the location of local festivals and events. There is an outdoor stage and gathering area where you may be lucky enough to experience local music and dancing (flamenco, traditional dancing etc) or fireworks and parades depending on the day and season. We can also provide a welcome pack for your arrival. A standard pack is 20 Euros but we will be happy to provide whatever you request prior to arrival.  Cleaning is done to an exceptionally high standard. The apartment will be presented especially for your arrival. Linen is changed once a week and maid service is also provided once a week.

Getting around..
The development is right on a main bus route, which makes it 5 mins from everything and anything that the area has to offer. There is also a taxi rank and taxi telephone nos in the house- a taxi into the centre of Santa Ponsa is only 8 Euros for a taxi for 4 people. A car is not essential but I would imagine it is preferred.

We stayed in this Apartment for 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. We thought that the decor was extremely well done and the large pool was great for the children. The agents were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived and the book they provided helped us to find all the best places to go. We especially appreciated the babysitting service ! We would definitely re-book next year.
