beautiful villa set in its own sub tropical grounds with panoramic
views across the foothills, mountains and sea.
Four double bedrooms, one with
the benefit of a pretty Nottingham lace four poster bed with shower
room en suite and one twin bedroom, triple aspect large
lounge/dining room with full digital Sky Sat TV, video recorder, CD
and tape player and open log fire for winter lets, large kitchen,
bathroom and two large shower rooms, each with independent hot water
systems. Marble floors throughout.
The master bedroom has full bathroom en-suite. Additional sleeping
can be provided on the bed settee, becoming a double bed. The
kitchen is fully equipped with every necessary appliance including
dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge, freezer and
microwave etc.
There is a poolside bar area,
various garden furniture and brick built barbecue on the pool
level.The comprehensive games room consists off; classic football
table, mini pool table, electronic dart board, children dart board &
a giant 4 in a line. The swimming pool has underwater lighting and
Roman step end, and again is kept to a very high standard by the
pool maintenance man who visits regularly. A combination safe has
been installed in the premises for clients’ use, the combination of
which would be sent to clients with the keys.
The villa is a short drive to the enchanting 9th Century Moorish
village of Mijas with its narrow walkways and quaint shops and
churches, not to mention an abundance of restaurants and tapas bars.
Aqua Park and Tivoli World theme park are also a short drive away
and is a must for all the family. Marbella and the Marina of Puerto
Banus is approximately twenty-five minutes drive (Please click onto

There are many bars and restaurants in nearby Fuengirola and Mijas,
and within walking distance there is a delightful modern restaurant
and bar called “ Jason At The Potro” with regular live
entertainment. Tennis courts and horse riding are nearby and of
course golf on Mijas golf course (which can be seen from the villa’s
terrace). There is also Lew Hoad’s world famous tennis club only
minutes away, and water sports. Golf tee off times can be
arranged secured on over thirty courses along the coast.
