prices include welcome pack, fresh clean bedlinen, bath towels and pool towels upon arrival. until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
Deposit
booking deposit is taken of 25% with a copy of your passports. balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to date of travel
Departure
all apartments must be vacanted by 11am on the day of departure. check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival to allow time for the apartment to be cleaned to our high standards
Damages
on arrival a £400 holding deposit is required for any breakages and is fully refundable upon departure
Smoking
for the benefit of all guests this is a no smoking apartment. if you wish to smoke, please smoke outside, on the terraces
