THREE  BEDROOM VILLA NEAR DURCAL IN THE SIERRA NEVADA NATIONAL PARK NEAR GRANADA

Casa Amistad

The house is 30minutes from Granada airport and sleeps 6 people comfortably. Comprising 1 double bedroom, 2 twin rooms a kitchen, bathroom and living room the house is very spacious. There is also a large open kitchen, dining and lounge area in the basement of the house with additional shower and toilet facilities. Both kitchens are well equipped for those choosing to cater at the house.  For the colder months there is an open fire in the basement and full central heating upstairs.

   
 

This typical Andalucian villa was built in 2003 and is set in the foothills of the Seirra Nevada national park. The property is well maintained and frequently our guest's report that the photos do not do it justice.
The swimming pool is cleaned twice weekly and maintained by our care taker. Approx 4mx6m and 1.5m in depth (no shallow end). The garden is well equipped for sunbathing and a small BBQ is available for guest use.
Durcal town offers a variety of shops and supermarkets, larger stores such as Carrefourr can be found in Granada.

   

It's central location makes this house the ideal base for those wishing to explore some of spains most outstanding areas or if you choose it's rural location enables the holidaymaker to experience a relaxing and typically Spanish holiday. 
A visit to the Alhambra palace is recommended and the Seirra Nevada ski resort is approx 45mins drive. 

What is included in the price of your rental? You will be met on your arrival at the house by our English/Spanish speaking caretaker and provided with keys to the property.  The price includes sheets and a small number of towels, we recommend you take towels for swimming. If you are staying for a period of two weeks then sheets and towels are changed weekly. You will be responsible for the general tidiness of the villa and the house should be left in a similar condition to which you find it.
The pool and garden are managed regularly by our caretaker and if you have any problems you should report to him directly during your stay.
Upon receipt of full payment and no later than 2 weeks prior to your departure you will be sent directions, a map and a contact number for the caretaker.
The house is not available until 4.30pm on day of arrival and you must vacate the property by 10am on day of departure, this allows for thorough cleaning in between lets.
If you require a cot or high chair please indicate this at the time of booking.
