Los Lirios consists of a large, modern two bedroom ground floor apartment, with a luxury bathroom, en-suite shower room and a large private terrace overlooking a beautiful swimming pool with a garden and palm trees. A private car parking space is provided in the secure garage under the building, with internal access to the apartment. This apartment is push chair / wheel chair friendly with only three steps at the outside entrance. The entrance to the apartment is accessible from the Avenue “P- Ray Teodomiro* of which the property is situated in the second archway on the left hand side. The surrounding area (to the right) is grassed and has various palm trees, flowering plants, cacti and displays of volcanic rock. It is particularly ideal for relaxation in the early morning/evening. 

Three small steps lead to the front door of the apartment, situated at the left of the hallway. The front door is dressed in a traditional Spanish grill gate which leads directly into the welcoming apartment.

We consider the apartment very much as a “special place to relax” with all the home comforts you would want to enjoy during your stay.

The apartment is part air conditioned (living room) and also includes portable electric fans and heaters in each room.

This area is bright and spacious with an open plan sitting room, dining area and breakfast bar including high chairs for two. It is furnished in a modern style with a free standing up-lighter and ceiling fan. As well as a high capacity air conditioning system this can reverse to supply heating in the out of season months.

The sitting area contains two comfortable sofas, one being a double sofa bed, arranged around a large glass coffee table. Also situated is an attractive open marble fireplace which is complimented by the cool flooring.

The television is connected to Sky Digital which allows users to view a variety of different programs, films and series. There are 25 channels in English and 5 in Spanish. A DVD player is included for viewing/playing your favourite films/CD's – why not bring some of your favourite music with you?

The dining area has an extendable dining room table and chairs that cater comfortable seating for four people. 

Also situated in the room is a glass/pine wall unit with cupboards and drawers. Please feel free to leave unwanted novels, magazines and publications of activities for the next visitors.

A guest book is available for you to record your experiences, so that others may benefit from your recommendations.

The well-equipped “American” kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and comprises a wide range of quality white units with grey granite/ marble working surfaces and splash-backs. Equipment provided includes a stainless steel hob, oven with rotisserie, large fridge freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, electric filter and coffee maker.

A full set of crockery can be found in the kitchen cupboards which cater for up to six people including all the essentials you could possibly need for cooking that special family meal.

The utility area is situated to the rear of the kitchen, containing an automatic washing machine, steam iron, ironing board and clothes dryer.

The large master bedroom has a 3 speed programmable floor standing fan unit for those warm nights. Electric radiators are supplied for out of season months for both bedrooms.

The bedroom has a double bed and two bedside drawer units including lamps. There are large fitted wardrobes with plenty of clothes hangers and internal shelving unit for small items leaving plenty of room for suitcases.

The up market en-suite shower room is of modern design; entirely clad in quality marble from floor to ceiling with a stainless steel conical wash basin inserted in a glass surface, with mirrors above and below. Also accommodating is a large shower area enclosed by a curtain. Separate halogen and ceiling lighting provides excellent illumination.
