The apartment building is ideally situated right on the beach of Los Locos in Torrevieja. Los Locos beach has been awarded the Europen Blue Flag of cleanliness. This beach is directly in front of the apartment. The apartment block has a small residents only seasonal pool and a large sunbathing area, situated in the private inner courtyard and a large roof-top solarium with great views.

There are stairs and lift to the apartment which is on the second floor. The apartment consists of a spacious lounge (including two sofa beds) with TV and video. There is one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There is a fully tiled kitchen and bathroom. There is a small balcony area which looks out to the back of the building. The apartment has tiled floors and ceiling fans.

There are beach bars and restaurants along the front and a small supermarket just around the corner.You can walk from the apartment along the promenade to the street markets, marina and harbour. There are bus stops outside the apartment which will take you to other local towns. The apartment is about a 30 minute drive from Alicante airport.
