La Manga del Mar Menor is a narrow strip of land 18kms long and in a beautiful location  between 2 seas - the Mar Menor on one side and the Med on the other. The Mar Menor is a large lagoon with properties which benefit people with arthritis and other ailments. There are over 30kms of beaches to choose from and lots of historical towns and villages to visit.

The property is in an older very attractive apartment block with most apartments owned by Spanish 2nd home owners - no noisy Brits! Apartment is on 2nd floor with furnished balconies front and back for all day sunshine and al fresco dining.

Walking distance to sandy beaches, banana boat rides, jet ski hire, kite, diving, pleasure boat trips, indoor bowling, many restaurants and bars, supermarket, bakery, brilliant Spanish food take-away,  etc Car not essential. Nearest airport Murcia 20 mins drive Alicante - 1 hr 10 mins drive. Short drive to horseriding, golf, hill walking, bird spotting, casino, nightclubs. Excellent shopping centres within short drive also nightly craft market and large Sunday market. Apartment best suited to 2 people although can sleep 4 (1 double bed and one double sofa bed) and not suitable for disabled or very young toddlers due to steps.
