The typically
Spanish village of Orba nestles at the base of the rugged
mountains of the Vall de Laguart with glorious views across the
orange and lemon groves that snake down the valley to the
Mediterranean. There are idyllic
mountain hamlets with narrow washed walled streets at the end of
quite breathtaking drives through an abundance of cherry and
almond trees hanging on the crafted mountain terraces.
Charming Orba is a
bustling and thriving individual village with every amenity
required by the visitor including shops, banks, medical centre and
several tapas bars and restaurants. It has its own brand of
characters who radiate shades of the real Spain.

Orba is near
to the sandy beaches of Denia, Vergel and Oliva which are only
20 minutes away by car. Javea, Moraira and Calpe are within easy
travelling distance as is Benidorm and Guadalest.
There are
nearby Golf courses at La Sella, Javea and Oliva Nova Golf. The
Jalon Valley - 15 minutes away - is famous for its wines which
may be blended to personal taste at the Bodegas.
Orba is one
hour from the airports of Alicante and Valencia. Local amenities
include a supermarket, bakery, chemist and hairdressers. The
area is also well known for its reasonably priced restaurants
and cafes.
The owners
live permanently in the main villa and are on hand should you
need them, otherwise you will be left in peace to enjoy your
holiday.There is lots of space for sunbathing on the terrace or
sitting in the shade on the patio.
Should you
like a little exercise, or just a cool dip, there is always the
pool.The apartment is spacious, comfortable and finished to a
high standard. Pretty Mediterranean garden
with outside shower (H&C) Loungers, BBQ and seating.
