its construction are
biologic (natural
cork isolations
under the flooring,
ecological paints,
marble floors,
furniture of noble
wood, etc.), witch
has a positive
repercussion on the
health of the human
being, according to
geo-biologic
studies; converts it
in an ideal place to
rest or repose.It
disposes of a solar
energy collector
installation for the
heating of the
sanitary water, and
also of a deposit
for rain waters for
the plants watering.
