Two bedroom flat on the ground floor of a large villa,it has two bedrooms(1 double,1 Single) with a 10x5 meter pool (shared with owners).It's a 5/20 min drive/walk to the lovely village of Moraira and it's beaches. Moraira is a lovely unspoilt fishing village with it's own small fishing fleet,fish auction house, a range of shops, restaurants, bars, local markets, entertainment and has two beautiful 'blue flag' beaches.

There are many more delightful coves and beaches within a short drive (ie: El Portet beach, only a 5 min drive from Moraira), where scuba diving and snorkeling are very popular. Moraira also boasts a stunning Marina/Nautical club/for boating enthusiasts. There are many nearby towns and attractions all between ten to twenty minutes drive. The cliff top of village of Guadalest and the waterfalls of Fuentes del Algar are approx fifty minutes drive in the mountains.

Jalon town in the Jalon Valley famous for it's grapes and flea market is about twenty minute drive away. The nearest airport is Alicante which is less than an hours
drive away. Valencia Airport is a seventy minute drive, while Murcia Airport is an hour and a half away. A rental car is recommended.
