Welcome to Villa
Bougainvillea which is situated in a quiet, elevated area
overlooking Calpe, with spectacular views of sea and
mountains, but only minutes by car from shops, beaches and
restaurants.
The villa is enclosed by walls and a lockable gate. It is
totally private with well attended gardens and fruit trees,
tastefully furnished and maintained to a very high standard
throughout, with every comfort for a relaxing holiday.
The accommodation consists
of 1 double bedroom with dressing room and en-suite shower and
toilet. Patio doors on to it's own terrace.
Also on the ground floor bedroom 2 has twin beds and bedroom 3
has 1 single bed. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom.
Bedroom 4 is situated on the
first floor, and has 1 double bed and an adjacent bathroom.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and mosquito
screens.

The lounge is equipped with
satellite television (free to view), DVD player and stereo
system, along with a selection of DVDs, CDs and books for your
enjoyment. The large, well-equipped kitchen contains an
electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster,
washing machine and dishwasher.
The lounge and dining room
lead via patio doors to a raised terrace with sun awning and
steps down to the pool terraces and gardens overlooking the
coast and mountains.
Take a choice of three equipped terraces for al-fresco wining
and dining. The main pool terrace has a Spanish style BBQ,
gazebo, sunbeds and parasols. Alicante Airport is 1 hours
drive away and Valencia Airport is also an option, though a
little further.
