The end of terrace house has a
large through lounge with double doors leading to a large shaded
ballustraded balcony that overlooks the communal pool that is
accessed by resident keyholders only. The large pool is beautifully
landscaped and has a bar/cafeteria which is open until 8pm. There is
also a downstairs toilet/washroom. Upstairs is a fully fitted
bathroom/shower area, utillity room with washing machine and two
double bedrooms. one with large balcony overlooking the landscaped
communal pool and the other with smaller balcony overlooking the
quiet street, both have fitted wardrobes. There is allocated parking
for one car. Set in beautiful mountain area of Cumbre del
Sol,surrounded by green spaces and nature parks with spectacular
views to the sea. Cumbre Del Sol is perfectly accessed to the best
resorts on the Costa Blanca. A 1.5 kilometre drive down a
picturesque road is a lovely sandy beach with bar and glorious
views. 5 minutes walk from the house is 2 bars/ cafeterias,
restaurant, swimming pool, supermarket, chemist and bank. There a
wide roads, extensive lighting, parks and green zones making the
whole area lovely for walking and taking in the fresh mountain air
and panoramic views of the sea beyond.

Javea is only 7 kilometres away,
this is a town of great beauty, magical landscapes and enjoys the
impressive and magnificent protection of Mount Montgo ( the sleeping
lion) so called for its likeness. Javea old town is seeped in
history with its Gothic windows, wrought iron window bars and
balcony railings and the beautiful Gothic church of San Bartolme
stands in its centre. The Arenal area is the tourist part of Javea.
The beautiful, sandy bay is planted with palm trees and has play
areas for children. The bay is fringed by the promenade with its
wonderful choice of bars and restaurants plus interesting shops and
boutiques.
A short drive away is Moraira, an
old fishing village,which has not been spoilt by development. There
are many good restaurants, varying in price, quality shops, bars and
a few clubs. It is not a rowdy resort, but has everything for a
relaxing, enjoyable holiday. The beach is sandy with a beach bar.
There is a weekly market in the town with everything from ceramics
to leather. There is a craft market every evening in the summer in
the town centre. In the centre is a lovely sqaure with a small
church where the locals and chidren congregate from early evening.
There are many good golf clubs in the area. There is a beautiful
marina where boats can be hired and Moriara's El Portet beach is a
favourite place to enjoy an early evening drink whilst watching the
sun go down.
The beautiful coastal towns of Altea, Denia and Benidorm are also
within driving distance giving visitors the the opportunity to
sample the interesting and diverse view of authentic Spanish living.
A car is essential and the beautiful coastal towns of Moraira, Javea
and Calpe are a short drive away
