The lower level can be reached by an external spiral staircase from the sun terrace or via steps around the side of the villa from the front entrance. This level has a twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette with fridge freezer and hob, and a living room with seating for six. The front door leads to the terraced garden complete with table and chairs for six, two sun loungers and a barbeque. A key is provided for the communal pool less than a minutes walk.

There is a restaurant with family pool and bar, supermarket, bank with 24 hr cash point, shops, café bar and a pharmacy within three minutes drive of the villa and the local beach of Playa del Moraig en-route. A car is essential to enjoy the area fully.
