Three apartments are available to rent, two of which are adjacent to each other on the first floor, the other below on the left on ground floor. Each have large secluded sun terraces overlooking the pool and Mediterranean Sea. The eight apartments have sole use of the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, pool garden and the newly terraced perimeter gardens providing great   areas for barbeques and sunbathing. Each apartment has its own off road parking space as well as ample road side parking. 

The air conditioned apartments are each comprised of one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom, lounge, American style kitchen, large terrace and are furnished to a high standard. Appliances include Oven & Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Washing Machine, Cable TV & DVD

There is a restaurant with family pool and bar, supermarket, bank with 24 hr cash point, shops, café bar and a pharmacy within five minutes walk of the apartments although a car is essential to enjoy the area fully.  The local beach of Playa del Moraig is a short distance away whilst the larger sandy beaches of Javea and Moriara are only a 10 minute drive away
