sand. All the apartments 72-80 m2 are meant for a family
or a group of friends of 4-5 persons; have 2 fully furnished
bedrooms with bed linen and towels, spacious lounge with
stylish furniture, kitchen, toilet with a shower, full
bathroom, wide terrace with terrace furniture, where it is so
pleasant to sit down and enjoy the light sea breeze, take a
cup of coffee, in which Spaniards are genuine connoisseurs, or
a glass of excellent Spanish wine. The kitchens are equipped
with fridge, microwave oven, toaster, ceramic hob with oven,
washing machine, electric kettle and all the necessary
dishware and cutlery that will help you to forget that you are

closed housing estate with a communal swimming pool, 40 km.
from Alicante airport and Alicante railway station. Only one
km from the world famous resort of Benidorm and the new
theme parks of Terra Mitica and Terra Natura. There
also two brand new golf courses where golfers will be able
to improve their style. Here you will have an excellent
opportunity to spend your long-awaited holidays that, we are
sure, you deserve, enjoy the calm and home comfort. For
those who like the entertainment, a never-ending chain of
shops, pubs, cinemas, karaoke and discos in Benidorm and
Finestrat offer an endless row of possibilities for

The apartment meets you with a
fresh relaxing air conditioning that may heat the apartment in
those rare fresh days. During time away from beach and
entertainment, you may watch a coloured 28" TV. The apartment
has an electric water heater that will provide hot water for
shower, bathroom and kitchen needs.
Penthouse: If you are not afraid of heights, we can
offer you a luxurious penthouse with high standard furniture
and direct access to an 80 m2 private terrace on the roof with
sunbeds where you will be able to sunbathe while enjoying the
scenery. A breath taking view of the sea and mountains!
In short, as they say in Spain, GET IN AND LIVE! For those who
need more freedom of movement we suggest renting a car, we'll
be happy to arrange it for you with a rent a car company. You
may get a car either in the Alicante airport or in Benidorm
upon arrival.
You will never have problems with parking - there is a private
garage in the housing estate and it is free!
If for some reasons you decide not to go to the beach, there
is a private, communal swimming pool for residents, surrounded
by a green area with a paddle court and a children play
ground.
