Pueblo Mascarat is a developing up market area based around an exclusive marina with shops bars and restaurants.  A lot of money has been invested in the area recently. With a new beach front complex where apartments cost up to a million euros each, it is expected that in a few years the area is likely to become a millionaires playground. 

Altea Dorada

Two bedroom apartment sleeping four in the exclusive area of Pueblo Mascarat near Altea. One bedroom with double bed and one with two singles, both with en-suite bathrooms.    The apartment is tastefully decorated with a fully fitted  kitchen.  The kitchen includes : washing machine ,dryer, oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, iron and ironing board etc .

Ameneties include T.V ,video, dvd/cd player.  There is air conditioning in each room which can also be used as heaters.  There is a seperate dining room with spectacular views of the sea and the mountains.  The terrace is large and sunny and has plenty room for sunbathing or barbeques. The views from the terrace are the same as trhe dining room.  You can relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers or  dine al-fresco using the outdoor table, parasol and chairs provided while enjoying the view of the med  . 

Towels and bed linen are provided. There is a large communal pool and also underground parking. 

The Port Louis Campomanes is within walking distance.  Here you will find many quality bars and restaurants. There are also watersports and boat hire available .

The beautiful old village of Altea is approx ten minutes drive away. Altea old town has many exquisite shops restaurants and bars which add to it's unique atmosphere.

The glorious sandy beaches of Benidorm are only 15 mins drive away, not forgetting the fantastic new theme parks  Terra Mitica  and Terra Natura plus two fabulous new golf courses and hotel complex.
