LONG TERM RENTAL APARTMENTS IN EUROPA CLUB  ARE HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE STEPS FROM THE APARTMENT BLOCK TO THE BAY WHICH COULD MAKE IT UNSUITABLE  FOR PEOPLE WITH WALKING DIFFICULTIES.

THE APARTMENT

Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.  Lounge with two settee's sat tv and dvd player. One bedroom with twin beds. Large balcony with two reclining chairs and dining table with four chairs.

THE LOCATION

Have you ever wanted to sit on a balcony with a glass of chilled white wine listening to the Mediterranean lapping against the rocks below?  How would you like a choice of bars and restaurants within three minutes walk? If you rent this apartment you get all this and more.  The apartment is situated right on the seafront, in La Cala de Finestrat but not near any noise from bars etc. You could literally throw a stone off the balcony into the sea. The view is amazing, you look out on to a sparkling turquoise blue sea.  The apartment is on the 9th floor of the immaculately maintained  Europa Club.  The apartment complex has secure parking and an English speaking  porter is usually on hand.  The gently sloping blue flag beach which is ideal for children, is only a few steps down from the apartment block. On the beach in the summer there are pedal boats and sun loungers for hire.  There are bars and restaurants just a few steps from the beach. You can go fishing or snorkeling from the rocks below the apartment or swim in the crystal clear water.

Benidorm with all the activities it has to offer are a short 15min bus ride away costing only  1.20 euro.  In summer the buses run through the night.  There is an evening market in La Cala on Mondays Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the summer. The main market is every Friday morning. The new theme parks of Terra Mitica and Terra Natura are only a ten minute car ride.  The very large Carrefour supermarket and the Marina shopping centre are also only 10 mins drive away.

RENTAL PRICE

At the moment, we are taking bookings for long term rental (min 1 month) between 1st October 2008 and 31st March 2009.  The rental price which includes electric is £630 per month. To secure a booking, we require a 20% deposit. We also require a refundable deposit of £50 to cover damage or key loss.   Remaining payment for the rental is cash on arrival .  The keys to the apartment can be sent registered post or alternatively picked up at the apartment.  We have the apartment next door and somebody will normally be on hand should you require assistance.
