The fully furnished apartment is on the third floor and has a roof terrace with 2 outside terraces. Its overlooks the golf course and has superb views of Mount Teide. From the roof terrace you can see the sea. It has an open plan living room, kitchen, dinning room. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom has a shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The Fairways Club resort is situated in a quiet area on the sunny south side of the island of Tenerife featuring various site facilities, including a large outdoor heated swimming pool, bars and restaurants. Golf, tennis, outdoor bowles and horseback riding are close by. Walking distance is Golf del Sur, with many bars and restaurants, Los Abrigos, a small fishing village with many good restaurants. Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas are within 15 minute drive with the Capital Santa Cruz approx 50 minutes north on the TF1 motorway. Towels (but not beach towels) and bed linen are included and the apartment is cleaned ready for your arrival.
