Parque Albatros externally resembles a tropical paradise with lush gardens and swimming area.  Facilities include several bars, restaurant, childrens play area, supermarket + launderette.

Golf del Sur is located by the sea on the south coast of Tenerife where summer is all year! Throughout the resort there are plenty of restaurants, bars & shops, you can find live music and entertainment every evening. The apartment is only a 2 min. walk to the new marina, beaches and a lovely coastal path.  Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are only 10-15 min. drive.  The capital, Santa Cruz is 35 mins. The quieter fishing town of Los Abrigos with its excellent fish restaurants is a 20-30min walk. Golf del Sur boasts its own 27 hole PGA Championship golf course. It is only a 5 min walk from the apartment to the clubhouse. There is a discount off green fees with this apartment. Other very nearby courses: Amarilla (walking distance), Los Palos, Las Americas and Adeje. Next door to Parque Albatros there is a 8 rink International bowling green. Locally you will also find many other activities, eg, tennis, gyms/spas, many water sports incl. scuba/bob diving, etc.  

There is a lift up to the apartment floor.  Tenerife's average minimum air temperature is 15DegC and the maximum is 24DegC.

The airport is only a 10 minute drive costing approx. GBP10 in a taxi.  All main UK airports have good value flights to Tenerife. There is a local agent on call to deal with any problems regarding the apartment. Price for the apartment is £250/week except Christmas/New Year which is £300/week.
