This is the first holiday we have arranged independently and our first time in using your company for our transfer arrangements-your representative at the airport greeted us by name and within 5 minutes we were seated on our bus ready for our journey to our resort. On our return journey the driver picked us up exactly on time for our trip back to Palma airport. The buses were very comfortable and both drivers were helpful with our luggage.
